    Prepare the simple syrup: In a medium saucepan, mix the water and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Let it cool.

    Process the fruit: Place the fresh fruits in a blender and process until you obtain a smooth puree. If necessary, you can strain it to remove any seeds or excess pulp.

    Combine the ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the fruit puree with the cooled simple syrup and add the lemon juice. Stir well until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

    Freeze: Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours, stirring every hour to prevent ice crystals from forming.
